How do I get my Order ID?

If you created an account:

Your Order ID will be sent to your registered email address after placing the order.

If you checked out as a guest:

Your Order ID will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please check your Inbox, Promotions, Spam, or Updates folder.


How do I track my order?

You can track your order by:

  1. Logging into your AnjaniBooks account.

  2. Going to My Account → Orders.

  3. Clicking on your order details.

Once shipped, tracking details, courier information, and estimated delivery dates will be available.


What payment methods are available?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Razorpay Secure Payments

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.


Are there any hidden charges?

No.

The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable charges except shipping fees (if applicable). There are no hidden charges.


How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery timelines:

4–5 Business Days

North & Central India

4–5 Business Days

West, South & East India

6–7 Business Days

North East & Remote Areas

7–8 Business Days

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by delivery location.

Prepaid Orders

  • Uttar Pradesh: ₹29

  • North & Central India: ₹39

  • West, South & East India: ₹49

  • Remote Areas: ₹59

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Additional ₹39 COD handling charge.

Free Shipping

Available on orders above ₹1999.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


What is your Replacement Policy?

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of successful delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Clear photos/videos of the package received

Replacement is available only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong title, author, publication, class, or edition delivered

  • Missing pages

  • Major printing defects

  • No print or unreadable pages

  • Severely damaged products affecting usability

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


What is your Used Books Policy?

Many books sold on AnjaniBooks are pre-owned (used) books.

📚 Used books may show normal signs of usage, including:

  • Notes

  • Highlights

  • Stamps

  • Library markings

  • Minor wear and tear

All used books are checked to ensure they are readable and suitable for study purposes.

Normal signs of usage do not qualify for replacement or refund.


Do you accept returns?

Returns are generally not accepted.

Replacement may be provided only for eligible cases mentioned in our Replacement Policy.

Please read the product description carefully before ordering.


What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Photos/videos of the package

Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.


What if a book is out of stock?

You can use our Book Request feature and submit the details of the required book.

Our team will try to arrange the book and contact you with availability updates.
