Normal signs of usage do not qualify for replacement or refund.

5. Orders & Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

AnjaniBooks reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Approved refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of successful delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Clear photos/videos of the package received

Replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong title, author, publication, class, or edition delivered
  • Missing pages
  • Major printing defects
  • No print or unreadable pages
  • Severely damaged products are affecting usability

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

AnjaniBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.
