  • How to get the order id number?

    1.Create Account/Sign Up: When you create your account with anjanibooks,you can get your order-id-no. via email at your registered e-mail address in the promotion or primary section of your inbox.

    2.No Sign-up at checkout: If you don't Sign-up with anjanibooks at the time of your order checkout,then you can enter your e-mail address to get the order-id-no. At your e-mail account in the promotion/primary section of your inbox.

  • How to track the order?

    To Track your order,go to the main menu/account & lists then enter your order-id-no and e-mail you used during checkout.

  • What are the payment option available?

    1. Cash on Delivery
    2. Securely pay via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets)

  • Any Hidden taxes ?

    According to goverment act,we will not take G.S.T or any other extra charges in books.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We anjanibooks are our head offices at Lucknow,So for nearly regions it will take to receive your order within 3-4 days and for wider region like Jammu and Kerela your order will be receivid at approx 9-10 days.

  • What is your retun/exchnage/replacement policy?

    1. Cancellation: Order once placed can only be canceled before Shipping the order.You can complain with us at the customer support.Then the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you in 4-6 days. after the cancellation request.

    2. Return & Refund Policy: At Anjanibooks, we do our best to give you products in the best condition. We Happy to help you always. If any issue arises full refund & return policy conditions are listed below:
      • 3 days Replacement/Return Policy.

      • We only Return products if they are defective, damaged and give wrong products, you should contact us with details of the products and defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

      • If the mode of refund is by credit/debit card or Net Banking, Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

    3. How to Request for Refund: To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take our customer’s feedback very seriously and use it constantly to improve our quality of service.
  • What are the delivery Charges?

    At delivery Charges, 9₹ packing is the fixed amount and additional charges depends on your zipcode area.Before checkout in the add to cart option you can calculate your Shipping charges by entering your city,state & pincode.

  • How do I complain in anjanibooks?

    You can complain with us at the customer support icon and fill up the given details, then we will contact you within 24 hours.

  • If any books is not available so what should I do?

    If any Book is not available at anjanibooks so you can get your desired book at the Book Request Section on main menu/account & lists and fill up the given details, then we will contact you within 24 hours and will get your desered book as soon as possible.
