AnjaniBooks Vendor Agreement
Important Note: After you submit the vendor form, the AnjaniBooks Team will contact you directly to discuss specific book pricing details and financial settlement rates.
1. Enrollment & Verification
To begin, you must provide legal business details, PAN, and bank information. You must be legally authorized to enter into business contracts.
2. Product Restrictions
This platform is exclusively for Books. Promoting or selling third-party products (e.g., clothes, electronics) is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
3. Listing & Cataloging
Vendors do not have direct website admin access. All new book listings must be coordinated through an AnjaniBooks Executive for manual upload and quality check.
4. Payment & No-Commission Policy
AnjaniBooks does not deduct a fixed percentage commission from your sales. The payout amount for each book will be the specific price agreed upon between you and the AnjaniBooks Team during onboarding. All payments are transferred to your bank account within 7 business days of successful delivery.
5. Logistics & Branding
Shipping is handled by our partner, Delhivery. You must include the official AnjaniBooks Bookmark in every package. Including external business cards or brand promotions will result in a 1% penalty on the order payout.
6. Timeline & Returns
Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. In case of customer returns, the shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the vendor.
