• We only Return products if they are defective, or damaged and give wrong products, you should contact us on Customer Support with details of the products and defects. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
• If the mode of refund is by credit/debit card or Net Banking, Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
• When purchasing second-hand books, returning or replacing them may not be possible. In the case of a wrong shipment, a replacement may be provided.
