Order once placed can only be canceled before shipping the order. You can also write to our customer support team at Customer Support. Then the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you in 1-2 days. After the cancellation request.

Please Note:
- 3-day Replacement/Return Policy.
- We only return products if they are defective, damaged, or give the wrong products are given. You should contact us at Customer Support with details of the products and defects. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
- For school books, only replacements are allowed. Refunds are not applicable. Please note that product images may vary due to updated editions or publication years. Replacements are accepted only if the received book has a different title, publication, author, or class than what was ordered.
- If the mode of refund is by credit/debit card or Net Banking, please allow 4 to 6 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
- When purchasing second-hand books, returning or replacing them may not be possible. In the case of a wrong shipment, a replacement may be provided.
- Please note that returning or replacing notebooks may not be possible. However, in case of a wrong shipment, a replacement will be provided. To facilitate any potential return, please create an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, as this will assist my team in processing the return efficiently.
