Old used book You have sent. Fie! Fraudulent, I would like to return and get back our money. At least honesty is what one craves for

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. However, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your order.

You ordered Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionary, and the product listing clearly mentioned “Book: Used.” The book was therefore sold and dispatched as a used book, not as a new copy. We do not intend to mislead our customers about the condition of the products we sell.

AnjaniBooks offers used books at significantly more affordable prices than many sellers of new copies, helping students and readers access books within their budgets. The price reflects the product’s used condition.

We understand that you may have expected the book to be in better physical condition. However, a used book can have normal signs of previous use, such as cover wear, marks, or minor imperfections.

As per the AnjaniBooks Replacement Policy, normal signs of use in a used book do not automatically qualify for a return or refund. However, if the book has severe damage, missing pages, or another eligible defect, please share clear photographs so we can review the matter fairly.

We value honesty and transparency with every customer. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we are happy to review any specific issue with the book.

      Thank you for your understanding.
